Creating Profiles Profiles facilitate the recruitment process by generating standard packages of assessments to send to each clinical group. Time is saved by not individually selecting assessments for caregivers. Profiles also create a standardized set of assessments for equal comparison of candidates.
New Sub Categories for Behavioral AssessmentsProphecy now has more subcategories of job specialties when sending Behavioral Assessments. From this point forward your candidate’s peronality can be matched to Emergency Room Nurse, ICU Nurse, Medical-Surgical Nurse, or Registered Nurse. Personality attributes of these four areas will show different results. Right now you can pull one report based on the Job Category selected, but soon you will be able to pull multiple reports for all selected categories. We will continue to break these job categories down even further as we gather sufficient data to create the benchmarks.
