About Christine Carrington

Christine Carrington, RN, MS, is an experienced healthcare executive who is passionate about quality patient care. With leadership expertise in the acute care hospital environment, healthcare staffing industry, and healthcare staffing technology, Mrs. Carrington’s dual business and clinical perspectives helps her excel at organizing chaos. Her Joint Commission Certification success ranges from large, national staffing firms to start-up agencies alike.

Chris uses her 30 years of experience in the industry to serve as a clinical resource providing clinical operations and risk management support. She brings a passion for quality and un-wavered business ethics to relationships with both internal and external customers.

Chris’s most recent achievement was being inducted into Cambridge Who’s Who in 2010 for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in healthcare consulting. In 2011, Cambridge recognized Chris as Executive Professional of the year.

About Jim Ostmann

Jim Ostmann RN, MBA Chief Nursing Officer, brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the Prophecy organization. Ostmann worked as an RN in environments such as, ER/Shock Trauma, Cardiac Catheterization Lab and ICU. He entered the corporate sector in 1997 with Marquette Medical Systems (GE Healthcare). Jim achieved his Six Sigma Green Belt and spent 9 years in various roles such as e-Learning Product Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and Instructional Design.

Over the last 5 years, Jim has facilitated the development of dozens of pre-employment job knowledge competency assessments as well as conducting evidence-based research of behavioral and interpersonal competencies using content and criterion validity methodologies.

About Leslie Jeffries

Prophecy Clinical Consultant Leslie JeffriesLeslie Jeffries, RN, BSN Director of Clinical Validation, brings over 15 years of diverse clinical experience to Prophecy’s Professional Services Division. Her experience in direct patient care includes critical care, telemetry, and medical-surgical, as well as nursing management in telemetry/medical-surgical. Broad experience in healthcare staffing includes overall local branch management, clinical management for strategic staffing partnerships with large health systems across the United States, and clinical risk management for a travel nursing company. Her knowledge of Joint Commission standards for both hospital and healthcare staffing organizations has allowed her to provide independent consulting services to staffing organizations seeking Joint Commission certification, in addition to serving as a liaison for clinical operations.

Recently, Leslie co-led the efforts of conducting over 20 formal job analysis and test plan development workshops with subject matter experts from a variety of specialties, including both nursing and allied health. Such work led to the creation of web-based, pre-employment healthcare competency assessments that meet the Federal Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures. Leslie’s passion for data collection and review has complimented the needs of hospitals and staffing companies in gathering data for their incumbent workforce related to competency assessment. By providing comprehensive statistical reviews, she has helped organizations identify specific knowledge deficits, assisting in customization of unit-specific nursing educational plans. Leslie is also assisting Prophecy’s clinical team in conducting criterion research projects with new assessment tools. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in nursing with a focus in healthcare informatics, through the University of Phoenix.

About Felicia Sadler

Felicia-Director of Clinical Education Prophecy HealthcareFelicia Sadler RN BSN, Director of Clinical Education has 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her drive to excellence in healthcare delivery is evident through assisting organizations in implementing proactive methodologies for performance improvement and developing strategic quality initiatives to enhance quality patient outcomes. She integrates her diverse clinical background in Administration, Critical Care to formulate proactive solutions to meet complex challenges.

Felicia currently serves on the 2012 Curriculum Advisory Task Force for ASHRM (American Society for Health Risk Management). She also serves on the 2012 ASHRM Legal/Regulatory Subcommittee. She is an active member of NAHQ (National Association Healthcare Quality). She earned a Diploma from Baptist School of Nursing(Memphis), a BSN from South University, and will complete her Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law this year.
