Fauquier Hospital, part of the Fauquier Health community health system, announced the decision to use Prophecy Healthcare’s suite of online employee screening software to enhance their pre-screening assessment and hiring process. Implementing the Prophecy system – Behavioral, Clinical and Situational Assessments – ensures Fauquier’s commitment to providing nurturing, patient-centered care by hiring the caregivers that best fit Fauquier’s values.
Yvonne Mitchell, Recruitment Program Manager, Fauquier Health commented on their decision to utilize the Prophecy system:
“Prophecy takes the guesswork out of the hiring process. Fauquier uses Prophecy at point of application. If an applicant is successful in completing and passing the Prophecy assessments only then do we forward their applications to the hiring manager. What’s great is that we don’t waste the hiring manager’s time forwarding applicants who do not meet our baseline skill set. We feel confident that those applicants who move forward to the hiring manager are qualified to do the job.”
