Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures
Posted by admin on Thursday, April 10, 2008 @ 7:27 am

Today we launched a new feature within NurseTesting.com. In an effort for NurseTesting.com to follow the Department of Labor’s Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (1978), we like to collect the following information to assist in the statistical validation of our examinations.

When the clinician logs in for the first time, they will be asked three questions regarding age, gender, and ethnicity. Although this is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL, we encourage the test takers to fill out the data. It is utilized for statistical analysis to enhance our exam validation studies and to ensure our exams remain valid, reliable and most of all minimize any adverse impact against any particular group of individuals. This information is kept CONFIDENTIAL and is not shared with the clinicians employer in any way, shape or form.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

Best regards, NurseTesting.com
