The first phase of our new exam validation process has begun with our custom made Guidelines Oriented Job Analysis (GOJA) data collection tool.

Subject matter experts across the country are now entering job oriented data into our system to help validate and refine each one of our exams. We will continue to post news updates as exams go through and complete this revolutionary process.

We have competitors offering “test bank” questions, where recruiters/staffers or non-clinicians “create” their own exams. Please be cautious as exams that have not been reviewed or developed by exam experts or subject matter experts could lead to potential malpractice as candidates could be screened in-effectively.
