Saint Francis Medical Center is a 258-bed facility serving more than 650,000 people throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas. Saint Francis began assisting with the content validation process in 2007. From 2008-2010, Saint Francis became one of the research partners for the creation of the Situational and Behavioral Assessments by Prophecy. With over 50 Subject Matter Experts consistently engaged, Saint Francis is an incredible validation partner, raising the bar on quality.

 

Frederick Memorial Healthcare System
Frederick Memorial Hospital is a 276-bed facility serving over 250,000 people across Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Washington, DC. Frederick Memorial Hospital has grown into a state-of-the-art healthcare facility with one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the state of Maryland. Frederick County is the second fastest growing county in Maryland with an estimated population of more than 233,000. Frederick Memorial partnered with Prophecy in 2008 providing several dozen Subject Matter Experts to assist in the development of the Clinical Assessments. From 2008-2010, Frederick Memorial then partnered as the second facility to participate in the criterion evidenced-based research study for the development of the Situational and Behavioral Assessments by Prophecy.

 

Piedmont Hospital
Piedmont Hospital is a private, not-for-profit acute-care tertiary facility offering most major medical, surgical and diagnostic services. The facility has 481 beds, all private rooms, 3,000 employees and a medical staff of more than 800 board-certified, experienced physicians. In 2010, Piedmont began assisting Prophecy with the development of a new suite of Clinical Assessments focused on registered nurses’ mathematical and perceptual/inspection abilities. With over 14 Subject Matter Experts participating, Piedmont Hospital has the passion and vision to help Prophecy address a growing trend in the US regarding insufficient nursing mathematical ability and the potential correlation with medication error rates. Piedmont is excited about the research opportunities that await and raising the bar amongst their nursing staff.

 

Texas Health SingleSource Staffing
Texas Health SingleSource Staffing (THSS) is a unique healthcare staffing agency formed by a partnership between Medfinders’ SingleSource and Texas Health Resources.THSS was created to provide nurses career opportunities that deliver the flexibility and mobility they desire, in a stable and familiar environment. As a new validation partner, THSS will assist in content validation processes, for newly launched Clinical Assessments starting in 2011.

Service is provided in Maryland (ALL of Montgomery and Prince George’s counties) and Washington, DC.  Family & Nursing Care will begin collaboration with Prophecy in May, 2012, developing a Home Health – C.N.A. competency assessment.  The vision is to create a comprehensive job knowledge assessment for this unique specialty in the Home Health Care industry.  The C.N.A. plays a very important, complex role in this industry, contributing to positive patient outcomes.  The ability to determine competency in the pre-hire setting will be fundamental as home health companies continue to fill core vacancies with professionals that meet competency standards.
